Small Settlement for 2,000 Residents
The project involved designing a site plan for a village with a population of 2,000 people. The plan organizes the main public zone along the settlement's primary road, acting as a central hub for communal activities. Residential buildings vary in density, with two-storey buildings and block houses located closer to the core, and single-family homes spreading outward as occupancy decreases. The production area is strategically placed in the northern part of the site, ensuring it remains downwind from the settlement to minimize environmental impact on residential areas.
Art School for 600 Pupils
This project is an art school designed to accommodate 600 pupils, thoughtfully divided into distinct zones dedicated to various disciplines, including drawing, music, and choreography. A key feature of the design is the inclusion of two concert halls, one of which is housed in a striking glass box, serving as the central focal point of the school. Additionally, an outdoor amphitheater is incorporated into the design, providing a vibrant space for performances during the warmer months, further enriching the artistic environment.
Residential House with Variable Floors
This project features a multi-storey residential building designed to accommodate middle-class families. The structure primarily consists of 1- to 3-room apartments, with a commercial space located on the ground floor to serve both residents and the surrounding community. The building forms an enclosed block, creating a secure, central courtyard that functions as a children’s playground and communal gathering area.
