Turan Park stands as a pivotal urban rejuvenation initiative in Turkestan, strategically addressing the challenges posed by construction and household waste pollution. Envisioned as a modern recreational haven, the project is inspired by the historical narrative of ancient Turkic peoples, spanning from the II century BC to the VI century community factors to ensure accessibility and integration within the local context.
This development serves a dual purpose by not only providing a contemporary and green recreational space but also acting as a unifying force, seamlessly connecting the northern and southern sectors of the residential area. A distinctive feature of Turan Park is its role in mitigating noise pollution from adjacent roadways, significantly improving the overall quality of life for Turkestan's residents.
The intricately planned development parcels are integrated into the existing landscape, surrounded by individual residences and adjacent structures. Leveraging the varying topography, with a height differential ranging from 2 to 6 meters between the intersection of railway tracks and the designated areas, the project incorporates a subway system for secure and efficient pedestrian transit.
Turan Park represents a harmonious fusion of historical homage, environmental reclamation, and meticulous urban planning. It stands as a testament to Turkestan's commitment to creating a sustainable, culturally enriched, and aesthetically pleasing living environment for its residents.
