The project site is situated in the 9th district of Budapest, specifically along the intersection of Tömő Street and Leonardo Da Vinci Street. Encompassed by three 2-3 story café restaurants, the site currently hosts an unfinished one-story building, functioning as an auxiliary space for the restaurant, with dimensions measuring 19.8 m by 7.5 m. 

The total expanse of the site spans 463.6 m2, featuring an open terrace measuring 288.2 m2. It was decided to develop a sophisticated 3-story café restaurant with a basement, inclusive of an open terrace designed for shared use with neighboring restaurants. The architectural style of the building aligns with a futuristic deconstructivism. 

The culinary infrastructure, comprising the kitchen and additional cooking areas, is strategically positioned on the underground floor, facilitated by a product elevator. 

The second and third floors are designated for operation as an open terrace, covering an area of 213.5 m2. The primary construction materials employed in this project include stained glass and panels with the facade decorated with aluminum elements.
